With career highlights ranging from producing iconic images of blue whales on the Emmy Award winning Blue Planet series to directing drama inside a WW2 U boat and following venomous snakes throughout Asia, I have a wide experience across genres including blue chip natural history, drama, presenter led science shows and the web. I’ve also produced for UK and American broadcasters and understand these different markets.
My key skills are in crafting outstanding documentaries and series and organising the logistical team for completion in budget and on time, particularly on foreign location. Many of the productions I am involved with are at the forefront of technological innovation. I recently won the silver medal for Natural History in the New York Film Festival 2012 as director of Asia’s Deadliest Snakes.
I make documentary science and Natural History for TV, Web and radio and can provide a one-stop shop for production including equipment and editing. You can see some of the projects I have done recently worldwide here.
